Yes, international shipping is available on orders above ₹20,000. Delivery timelines vary by destination.
Is domestic shipping free?
Yes, on orders above ₹2,000. Orders below this are charged a flat shipping fee at checkout.
Can I return a custom or made-to-order piece?
Custom orders, made-to-order garments, and customized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, as they're created specifically for you. Standard pieces can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they're unused and in original condition.
How do I care for hand block-printed or natural dye sarees?
Dry cleaning is recommended to preserve color and texture. Avoid direct sunlight during storage.
