Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags intact.

Exclusions: Custom orders, made-to-order garments, and customized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, as these are created specifically for you.

Process: To initiate a return, contact us with your order details. Once approved, we'll share the return address and next steps.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
